The research was published in open access and all researchers can access it, as some of the researchers participating in the research are from the British University of Keele, which has an agreement with the Ambassador to publish articles in the open access option.
In this research, new compounds, namely iron nanoparticles loaded with porous silica (MCM-41), were created and the materials were characterized via TGA/TDA, FTIR, XRD, UV-Vis, BET, and SEM.
In addition to methylene blue, as an example of pollutants, the adsorption capacity and adsorption model were tested and optimized using the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.
