President of UOA Meets with a Graduate with Innovative Project

 Prof. Dr. Khalid Battal Al-Najem, President of UOA, met with engineer Jounaid Loui Saqer, a graduate of UOA college of Engineering. the meeting was attended by the director of UOA Centre of Sustainable Energy Research, Dr. Wessam Hashim Khalil.

Engineer Saqer made a detailed presentation on his idea for a project to design artificial limbs for disabled persons along with parts of their production machines that can be produced locally with low costs. 

In return prof. Al-Najem praised the projects and ideas presented by Engineer Saqer and promised to support them because they are the core of technological incubator in the university. The president of UOA also called upon all youth, whether graduates or non-graduates, who have similar ideas and projects to be in touch and cooperate with the Section of Rehabilitation, employment, and Follow up in university headquarters in order to support and adopt these ideas and projects directly. In addition, Mr. President directed the university to allocate a special place on campus for the innovative ideas and projects to serve society on all levels.
