College of Medicine Organizes its Second International Conference

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and the supervision of the President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Saleh Al-Nada, the College of Medicine/University of Anbar has held its 2nd International Medical Conference in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy/University of Anbar and the British Royal College of Pathologists. The Conference has covered topics that discussed the latest developments in the medical and health sciences in morning and evening scientific sessions over two days for the period from 10-13, November, 2022 in the College of Medicine with wide scientific and academic participation from Iraq and other countries. Papers presented in the Conference will be published in Scopus indexed journals.  

The Conference was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Saleh Al-Hasnawi, the Governor of Anbar, Dr. Ali Farhan, presidents of the universities of Baghdad, Al-Nahrain and Fallujah, Director General of Anbar Health Dept., President of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations, Vice President of the University of Anbar for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Chairperson of the Committee of Deans for Faculties of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, the Chairperson of the Committee of Deans for Faculties of Pharmacy, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Hashem Kazem, the Deans of the Faculties of the University of Anbar, and a great number of researchers and students within the medical group..
