A Research Team Records Sequences of an Important Protein

The research team consisted of Asst. Prof. Dr. Harith Kamil Bunayah and the Master student Raw'a Khalef Mohammed in the Department of Biology succeeded in recording the sequences of the  gene sk encoded protein streptokinase of medically important in the bank of genes belongs to the site of the National Center for Biotechnology Information NCBI. The registration has been done by the name of the University of Anbar and was granted the serial number MT872955.1 and MT872954.1 for the studies genes which are belonging to the two different kinds of Bacteria streptococcus which was part of the study on the gene sk which concluded that there is a possibility of differentiating between kinds of streptococcus Bactria through the variation in gene sk sequences.
