The University of Anbar's Journal of Pure Sciences Entering the International Scopus Database.

In a qualitative step that enhances the scientific and research position of the University of Anbar on the international scene, a historic achievement is announced, represented by the inclusion of the University of Anbar's Journal of Pure Sciences in the prestigious international Scopus index, joining other journals in medicine and agriculture, so that the number of journals entered into the Scopus container became 3 of the university's journals.

Elsevier's Scopus database is one of the largest databases of peer-reviewed scientific research, containing millions of articles from thousands of accredited journals all over the world. A journal's inclusion in this database represents international recognition of the quality of its published research, enhancing its reach and influence within the global scientific community.

This achievement is due to years of tireless efforts, with the direct support and clear vision of the President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtak Talib Saleh Al-Neda, who had a pivotal role in supporting the scientific research environment and encouraging the journal's team, its editorial board, and all researchers to present their scientific output through this prestigious platform.

On this occasion, the deanship of the College of Science, represented by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdul Ghafour, extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to his Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for his continuous support for scientific research and his directives that have contributed to achieving qualitative leaps for Iraqi universities in international rankings. Thanks of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mushtak Talib Salih Al-Neda, and the Scientific Assistant, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wissam Hashim Khalil, for their continuous support affirming that this achievement represents a strong incentive to continue striving for leadership and excellence in various scientific and research fields, in line with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and the University of Anbar to build a competitive academic environment that meets the aspirations of Iraq and its young people.
