About:
The Scientific Follow up Unit is one of the units at the University presidency. It is directly linked to the University President’s Office. It is one of the important units at the University level due to its important role in communicating with colleges and centers, following up on their various scientific activities, and providing periodic reports to the University President about these activities.
Organizational Structure:
Duties:
• Follow-up on proceedings that the University President directs within the University, scheduled according to priority and degree of importance, taking into account the time required for each subject.
• Follow-up on urgent and important proceedings received by the General Office.
• Continuous follow-up and sending soft reminders on topics which require data collection and reports preparation.
• Follow up on official reference letters related to the tasks assigned to the Unit received by the University President's Office.
• Developing and improving follow-up programs and systems.
• Continuously informing the University President of the projects followed up and the results of the follow-up processes.
