Ministry of Higher Education Holds a Conference with the Participation of Many Iraqi & Foreign Experts

 Ministry of Higher Education held a conference about the wise leadership and economic reformation .Many  Iraqi academics and Experts of the private and public sectors and foreign peers .The researchers presented their research papers ,agendas and views that could flourish the Iraqi economy and find procedures for handling the decisions according to the wise rule principles in addition to taking the proper decisions through the investment process and to set  cooperation ties  among the state establishments .In relation to this , the minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research Dr. Abdulrazaq Al-Issa referred that the routine procedure in administrating the Iraqi  establishments brought forth bureaucratic hegemony which never served the state's interests , stressing the importance & necessity of a universal administrative  conversion in order to fix the principles of the wise leadership and its criteria which are responsible for the strategic establishment .

          He added that Ministry of Higher education & Scientific Research went forth in establishing a new scientific stage based on skillful stipulations through activating the  transparency principle in choosing leaderships , at the same time , confirming that the ministry is going to dismiss the inefficient staff who got to  position improperly.

The minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research generously honored the experts who took part in the conference among whom were the two consultants  Dr. Mudher Mohammed Saleh and Dr.Kamal Al-Basri in addition to many foreign participants , a number of Iraqi universities' presidents and professors
