The Ministry of Higher Education awards the University of Anbar a certificate of scientific excellence

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research granted the University of Anbar a Certificate of Excellence on the occasion of entering the British Times Higher Education World University rankings and obtaining an advanced rank superior to major Arab and international universities. The Certificate of Excellence granted to the University in Arabic and English bears the signature of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabeel Kazem Abdul-Saheb.  Congratulations to our esteemed university with its presidency and its scientific, research and administrative staff as it climbs the advanced scientific ranks at the Arab and international levels.
