Continuing of Electronic Final Examinations at the University of Anbar

Students from (16) colleges at the University of Anbar performed the electronic examinations for the 1^st semester of the academic year (2020/2021), which were took placed on Monday dated ( 29/3/2021). The examinations conducted smoothly as usual where no negative notes on performing them recorded.

Today, the ministerial electronic team visited the university, where the team achieved a virtual visit and received by the [President of the University Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Al-Neda and the members of the central operations room to follow up the examinations at the university. The President of the University welcomed the ministerial team for their great efforts in following up the electronic examinations in the universities and assuring their reorganization. After that, the electronic team  in accompany of the President visited some colleges and achieving visits to some electronic examining halls on Google Meet platform to assure the performance of the examinations and better managing of them. The College of Islamic Sciences/ Department of Hadeeth and its Sciences/ 2^nd stage, College of Dentistry / 4^th stage, and the College of Management and Economy/ Department of Accounting/ 4^th  stage were among the colleges visited by the ministerial team.

The ministerial team listened for a brief presented by the examining halls monitors for the mechanisms followed in managing the examinations and assuring the identity of the examined students as well as the electronic applications adopted for this purpose. The communication with some students to inquire about their impression's concerning the electronic examinations and the nature of the examining questions as well as acquainting of what the obstacles that may appear in their way when performing exams, and the impressions of the students were good and appraised the efforts of the Presidency of the University and the Colleges Deaneries as well as the Heads of Scientific Departments that showed a great parental cooperation with the students and expressed a high understanding to the human situation that the students pass through.

At the end of the visit, the members of the ministerial team presented their thanks and gratitude to the university represented by its Presidency and its Deaneries of Colleges, and the team expressed great admiration over the university's procedures and better management of the electronic examinations in it. The ministerial team also expressed great admiration towards the direct follow up of the electyronic classroos by the President of the University in a direct personal way.
