Forecast for the rainy situation next week

Although the country needs rain to increase its water level, it has negative effects on wheat and barley crops, which are due to be harvested at this time of the year. Assistant Professor Dr. Jassam Mekhlif, a climate expert in the Department of Natural Resources Development at the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre, said that the rainy season is not over yet, and that the coming rains will be in some parts of the country. The share of the western region next week will be very weak.

Therefore, we call on the peasant brothers to take advantage of this opportunity to harvest their crops of wheat and barley... The map below predicts rain for Saturday, 4/5/2024, as it shows, severe thunderstorms and rain over the cities of Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and the northeast of Mosul.
