The Director of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center, Prof.. Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel and all the staff of the centre, researchers and employees in the highest terms of congratulations and congratulations to The Head of the Human Resources Department Dr. Omar Yaseen Neda for the occasion of his scientific promotion from the title (instructor) to the title (Assistant Professor).
