The directors of the UEBDCenters and RERCenter Meeting with Anbar Provincial Energy Advisor

At the generous invitation of the Governor's Advisor for Energy Affairs, a consultative meeting was held in the Anbar Provincial Office, which included the Chancellor, Director of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center, and Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center, as well as the Director of Quality Assurance in the province.
The meeting was devoted to discussing the draft study submitted by the above centers on the investment of Euphrates River systems in Anbar province to generate electricity based on the guidance of the university presidency and activating the memorandum of understanding signed between the university and the province and implementing the university's plans to achieve the sustainable development goals represented by the seventh goal of clean and renewable energy and conservation plans to develop dependence on renewable energy and reduce emissions within its ambitious development plans in this field.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chancellor praised the study provided and the role of the university and its research centers in the service of the community and comprehensive development plans in the province, for his part, the directors of the research centers praised the fruitful and constructive cooperation between the university and its research centers on the one hand and the province and Anbar and various formations on the other hand because of its positive repercussions on the society and development projects witnessed by the province and agreed to develop scientific and technical cooperation in various fields, especially related to renewable and environmental energies and the completion of tenders and designs for the Euphrates River Systems Project in Anbar province.
