College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Organizes Cross-country Race inside the University Campus

 Within the activities of the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences and after a direct follow-up by the college's dean Prof. Dr. Muwafaq Asaad Mahmood Al-Hiti , the college organized ,on Monday 2 April , 2018 , a  Cross-country Race for the teaching staff, employees and students of the university  starting from the main gate of the university Campus along the circular street  .

          The dean of the college mentioned that holding such activities are only to strengthen the ties between the students and their teaching staff and university employees-  to give a positive impression of closeness and affinity .

          He also cleared out saying : We are insisting on holding different sports activities in order to raise up the sport reality and tendency at the university and Anbar governorate and that sport is considered the best proof of peace among nations ." We through this can bring our ambition to the whole world that we are the land of peace and security " , he added .

          All the participants expressed their thanks to the dean of the college for this precious initiative and that they would endeavor to resume and hold such events in future , asking Almighty God to cast safety , security and prosperity  on Iraq , our governorate and our university.
