The public discussion of the master's thesis of the student (Abdul Rahman Khalifa Sakr) Department of Chemistry - College of Science - University of Anbar took place on Thursday 30/3/2023 in Jaber Bin Hayan Hall for his thesis tagged:
((Preparation and identification of molybdenum and vanadium complexes in different oxidation states and theoretical study))
The study aims to prepare 18 complexes consisting of transitional elements (molybdenum and vanadium) with bi- and mono- molar ligands in different molar ratios, and to diagnose these complexes by various spectroscopic, analytical, and physical measurements methods, and then apply different theoretical studies of these complexes.
The results obtained in this thesis showed the effectiveness and high solubility of these complexes, which opens the way for intensifying research in this aspect
After extensive discussion by the committee members with the student on the topic of her thesis, the thesis was accepted
