(Preparation and biological study of new carbon nanocomposites)

In this study, multi-walled carbon nanotubes were prepared from synthetic oil residues using ultrasound, while a new device was designed to prepare platinum nanoparticles using green chemistry. After that, accumulations of platinum and carbon nanotubes were prepared, where the prepared compounds were used in the treatment of prostate cancer type  PC-3 was tested in the laboratory using heat treatment technology in synergy with a near-infrared laser at wavelengths of 1046nm and 808nm, and the prepared compounds gave promising results in eliminating cancer cells using very low concentrations.  These compounds were also used in a study in the study of the kinetics and thermodynamics of the enzymatic activity of the enzyme alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in a laboratory using pure phosphatase enzyme. Unlike ptNPs, the results showed that the kinetic variables (v max/Km, Km, Vmax) increased slightly with increasing concentration.  MWCNT-based nanomaterials.  It is worth noting that the researcher obtained three patents, two of which were his design of two systems, one for the preparation of nanocomposites using the green enamel method, and the other for the preparation of carbon nanocomposites in different forms, and the third includes the distribution of a device for washing nanocomposites in an automatic and regulated manner by the pH function, as well as the publication of two papers  In two sober scientific journals with a high impact factor within the classification of Scopus and Clarvet of his dissertation..
