                The study aims to know the genes of bacteria responsible for the pathogenesis of Staphylococcus epidermidis, how biofilm is formed, and how its diagnosis and treatment methods were known using antibiotics and anti-biofilm. The inhibition rates of biofilm were measured by MCV and MTT methods. The extent of biofilm formation on living and non-living surfaces was also tested

This study was concluded by establishing Shikimic acid and carberry for the best inhibitors and that potassium and iron salts slow biofilm formation but glucose raises biofilm formation rate and the two antibiotics ceftriaxone and erythromycin had an effect in inhibiting biofilm..

Also study physical and chemical factors that affect on biofilm formation
