The public discussion of the master’s thesis for the student (Doea' Tariq Shabeeb), Department of Biology - College of Science - University of Anbar, took place on Thursday, October 20, 2022 in Jaber Ibn Hayyan Hall in the College of Science about her tagged thesis:

Studying the genetic relationship of bacterial species isolated from patients in some Ramadi city hospitals and monitoring their environmental spreading.

The aim of study: 

Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacterial species for some patients .The patients in the Ramadi city hospital and the surrounding environment. The genetically dominant bacterial species were diagnosed and studied, and their genetic structure was determined for the purpose of finding similarities between the isolated bacterial species using a dendrogram.

The results:         

These results reveal that the hospital environment and the sewage water flowing from it are polluted to a large extent by pathogenic bacteria , Most of which are sourced from infected patients lying in the hospital, which indicates the weakness of the safety and biological security procedures followed in the studied hospitals, which negatively affected the quality of the environment of  hospital and the sewage flowing from these hospitals.
