A student from the College of Science participates in the Basra Olympics

 The student, Nour Jassim Muhammad, from the College of Science, Department of Biology, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hoda Mosleh Mahmoud, participated in the first and second scientific Olympiad competitions for university students, which took place for four months, which 45 students from various universities in Iraq competed, of whom qualified?? A male and a female student for the final competitions with two postgraduate students to compete by presenting wonderful lectures on July 22 and 23. The aim of the Olympiad is to give our students the opportunity to highlight their scientific talents and develop their moral courage and refine it to be a nucleus for their future studies in completing their scientific career in graduate studies.

The recitation and scientific content of the students was evaluated by a good group of honorable professors as assessors and arbitrators from various universities and institutes, noting that all the students were very close in level, attendance, and creativity, all thanks, and appreciation to them.
 
Thanks to the honorable President of the University of Basra, and many thanks to the course official, Dr. Atheer Al-Haddad, and thanks to Dr. Ola Ali Al-Wattar for her efforts in organizing this wonderful scientific event.
