UOA Receives Ministry of Planning Delegate

Prof. Dr. Khalid Battal Al-Najem, President of UOA, received a delegate from the Ministry of Planning. The delegate was accompanied by members from the Turkish Agency of Cooperation & Coordination. Prof. Al-Najem held an extended meeting with the delegate and presented a detailed explanation of situation of UOA during the last few years. The Turkish agency expressed willingness to share in fundng of the resconstruction of the university, the development of its academic staff, and explore chances of cooperation & coordination on all levels. This visit is crucial to UOA as it provides further chances to push forward the process of reconstructing the university infrastructure, study halls, and laboratories. It is also hoped that this cooperation shall scholarship program of the university which would be beneficial to develop its academic cadres and create further scientific opportunities in all acacdemic fields.
