The final exam for the second semester will begin on Wednesday 15/5/2024. On this occasion, we call upon our students to comply fully with the instructions and regulations set out in the examination instructions to ensure smooth and easy conduct of the examinations. These instructions will be announced in induction plates in the entrances to the buildings and on the back of the examination books, as we have shown:

Accurate access to exam schedules, exam dates and loading material exams

Presenting the student's identity as a condition for participating in the exam

Attendance prior to the exam in a timely manner to ensure that the student's seating place is known according to the maps of the exam rooms as follows:

?Department of Arabic language the exam will be in the halls of the same department

Department of Geography ?, English Language and History Section of the Geographical and English Sections Building

Department of Quran science in the same department's halls

Department of Biology in the department halls, college library halls and ground floor halls of the Arabic Language Department

Department of Chemistry ?in the halls of the department, the library and the halls of the Quran Sciences department

Adherence to the uniform instructions reflecting the prestige of the university student in color (for the shirt black, white, black skirt, indigo, lead and meal color black, indigo and nutty)

With the prohibition of wearing trousers, kilos and jeans in all its forms and the succession of the student to the exam hall

The failure to introduce mobile devices and smart watches of all kinds to the exam hall is a deliberate intention to try to cheat. This applies to books and lectures that are forbidden to enter the exam hall

?Do not bring escorts and children to the college under any pretext and will be prevented from entering them for information.

?in the case of bringing large sums of money deposited with the head of the department or the registration division until the end of the exam

?using pen exclusively in answer

?Do not leave the exam room an hour and a half before the exam time, taking into account careful review of the answers and not rushing to deliver the book

?do not placing any function marks or signals inside the exam book and succession is neglected and is an attempt to cheat

?If a student's fraud or attempt to cheat is proven in any exam that is considered to be in advance for the full school year
