The symposium received great interest from the attendees due to the importance of the issue of sustainability and environmental pollution, which is largely caused by humans and the damage to natural phenomena and their continuous depletion without taking into consideration the future of generations. Sustainable development is a term that was recently launched to preserve the environment from Pollution and not harming nature due to the occurrence of many environmental problems that have increased recently, and that development is the only way to get rid of pollution that occurs at very high rates in non-developed countries and take it away. This also relates to the issue of microbial contamination of food and the lack of good use of it and knowing how important it is to health. human beings and use them in good ways
