المدرس المساعد. محمد خليل عوسج من مواليد الانبار / 1982. حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في قسم هندسة الليزر عام (2005) من كلية الرشيد للهندسة والعلوم / الجامعة التكنولوجية  في بغداد. حصل على شهادة الماجستير في هندسة الاتصالات عام (2015).
