Accepting the publication of a research within Scopus database Q1

The publication of one of researchers at the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre at the University of Anbar, Assistant Professor Dr. (Muthanna Badie Farhan) was accepted tagged: ((Investigating the effect of the synergistic action of silver nanoparticles and probiotics on the gene expression of virulence genes in Acinetobacter baumannii)) In the Journal of Clinical Microbiology), one of the American journals within the classification of Scopus (Q1), the research included a study on the bacterium ((Acinetobacter baumannii), which is one of the important pathogenic bacteria as a causative agent of the disease, which is characterized by being one of the main pathogens in hospital infections as well as among the bacteria that are characterized by their high resistance and multiple antibiotics (MDR). These bacteria cause a wide range of diseases and are associated with high mortality rates, and one of the mechanisms for the development of multiple antibiotic resistance to these bacteria by modifying some components of their cell wall, such as flow pumps (efflux pumps), so the research emphasizes the urgent need to find alternative ways to eliminate antibiotic-resistant bacteria, especially Nano methods, among modern technologies, the horizons of nanotechnology are wide, including the use of silver nanoparticles, which are of great importance and influential in inhibiting bacteria Acinetobacter baumania with multiple resistance to antigens. Probiotics have been added to enhance the effectiveness of silver nanoparticles, and in this research it has been proven that the combination of silver nanoparticles (hybrids) and probiotics is very effective against all multidrug-resistant A. baumannii (MDR-AB) isolates and this was confirmed by estimating the gene expression of the gene of flush pumps (efflux pumps).
