The College of Science receives a delegation from the Civil Defense Directorate

 In a step that emphasizes the importance of safety and security in educational institutions, a specialized delegation from the Civil Defense Directorate paid an inspection visit to the College of Science. The visit aimed to evaluate the college's commitment to safety standards in handling and storing chemicals, and to ensure the readiness of scientific laboratories to deal with any emergency.

 
During the visit, the Civil Defense delegation conducted a comprehensive inspection tour of the chemical warehouses and scientific laboratories, where they evaluated the college's commitment to preventive requirements, inspected the alarm and fire systems, and ensured the availability of the necessary safety equipment. A meeting was also held with the college administration to discuss mechanisms for enhancing joint cooperation in the field of safety and security.
 
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Esmat Ramzy Abdel Ghafour, stressed the importance of this visit, noting that the safety of students, faculty members and employees is a top priority for the college. He added that this visit will contribute to raising awareness of the importance of safety and enhancing efficiency in dealing with chemicals.
 
For his part, the visiting delegation praised the efforts made by the College of Science in the field of security and safety, stressing the importance of continuous cooperation between educational institutions and relevant parties to ensure a safe environment for all.
