Under the patronage of the minister of Higher Education & Scintific Research and th supervision of UOA president Prof. Dr. khalid Battal Al-Najem, UOA holds the 1st scientific conference of Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center. The conference, which is held under the theme of "A Future Vision on Water Management to Secure Food Security & Sustainable Develioment," shall be held in Haditha, Anbar on March 18-20, 2019.
