awareness Campaign
As part of its annual activities, and in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Student Activities Unit, in cooperation with the teaching staff in the Department of Life Sciences, Prof. Ashwaq Taleb Hamid, and the assistant teacher Hala Khudair, in the Educational and Psychological Sciences Branch in our Suker College, held an awareness-guidance campaign that included an extensive lecture entitled ( Breast cancer between prevention, detection and psychological support (I talked about the causes and factors of the emergence of the disease, its risks and ways to prevent it, attended by a group of students from our college in various departments
It included a presentation of some experiences of living with the disease presented by one of our college students
The campaign will last for two days, during which information and awa
reness brochures will be distributed
