Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalil Al-Issa and under the supervision of Prof. DR. Mohammed Al-Hamdani, President of the University of Fallujah, the University held its first scientific conference entitled (Fallujah embraces Al-Rusafi and his civilizational role) under the slogan (Fallujah, an Oasis of Science, Culture and Creativity).

On behalf of his Excellency, Prof. Dr. Khalid Battal, President of Anbar University delivered a speech at the conference, in which he conveyed his Excellency’s greetings and wishes to the University of Fallujah for progress and prosperity. Dr. Battal also conveyed greetings from Anbar University and its affiliates to the President of Fallujah University, Dr. Al-Hamdani, wishing Fallujah University and Anbar University the highest degree of progress and prosperity.

On this occasion, Dr. Battal presented the University’s academic gown and a letter of thanks and appreciation to Prof. Mohammed Al-Hamdani for his contribution to building and developing the scientific march of Anbar University and expressing his pride in his character.
