It was established in 1995 but as since 2003 it stops to work. Then it was re-operated in 2009 and its activity has actually started on 1/4/2009. The Bureau started giving consultations in the fields of plant and animal production and fields, in addition to the analysis of economic feasibility of agricultural products at provincial level. The Bureau also undertakes soil test and well water for agriculture as well as presenting scientific advices in bee breeding and food stuff industry.
The Bureau is quite ready for presenting scientific advices for all governmental institutions, farmers and peasants. It is to be mentioned that the Bureau re-functions the following activities:
1- Presenting needed agricultural advices and offering to lecture on wheat production project at the western area.
2- Accounting economic feasibility for agriculture projects by a number of farmers.
3- Testing wheat safety at the province.
4- Conducting laboratory test of soil and water and determining their suitability for establishing agricultural projects.
5- Presenting scientific advice in animal, orchard wealth and bee breeding.
